Rui de Sousa is a Portuguese national, born in Lisbon in 1955 and educated in Portugal and at University in Switzerland (Geneva University, Degree in Political Science). His chosen field of expertise was the energy sector. He worked with several of the major independent oil trading companies becoming chief oil and gas trader and working throughout Europe, North America and the Far East for the Vanol Group. Mr. Nicholas A. Clarke, BSc (Hons) ACSM
Managing Director
Nick Graduated from the Camborne school of mines (Exeter University) with a BSc Hons Mining 2.1. He working as an engineer for 3 years in the field followed by being an oil broker then trader. He founded his first company in 1993 Quantum Energy which he built to be the largest independent gas marketer in the UK and sold it to Macquarie Bank in 2003……
MR. J. MARK STANLEY

Mr Stanley (51) graduated in 1983 with a degree in Mining Engineering from the Camborne School of Mines. From 1983 to 1987 Mr Stanley was employed by De Beers Consolidated Mines in Kimberley initially as a miner and then promoted to Mine Overseer. From 1987 until 1989 Mr Stanley was transferred to the re-opened Koffiefontein Mine as a technical assistant…..
Richard Hornsey
Technical Consultant specialising in Ni-Cu-PGE sulphide
Richard graduated during 1990 with BSc (Honours) Geology (University of Newcastle upon Tyne). He then joined Anglovaal at the Sun Project (deep Wits exploration). In 1992 he moved to Lonhro’s Western Platinum Mine, where he was responsible for all aspects of operational mine geology. During 1995, he returned to Anglovaal (renamed Avmin), where he joined the team that developed the Nkomati Ni-sulphide mine while progressively assuming responsibility for the regional exploration programme and mine expansion feasibility study fieldwork…..

Mark Davey (53) is a Chartered Geologist with over 30 years’ experience in precious and base metals exploration.A graduate of Goldsmiths College, University of London and the Royal School of Mines, London, Mr Davey has worked in Europe, Australia and Africa with the latter being his focus for the past 24 years….

Geologist
Benjamin Safi is a Professional geologist with 20 years’ experience working in gold, industrial minerals and base metals exploration. Mr. Safi has been in Senior Management roles up to a Chief Geologist for Twigg Gold Ltd. He has a good knowledge and skills in geophysical, geochemical and geological exploration techniques.
