Nick Clarke CEO confirms following high-level metallurgical review that Dutwa Nickel is suitable for battery / EV applications. Due to low iron and Mg we have the right Nickel.
Conclusions from the high-level metallurgy report
- We can beneficiate the 0.91 % Ni to produce a run of mine ore of 1.5 % Ni with simple washing out of silica
- The ore is very low Fe and Mg which means low acid use compared to other projects
- We have the right Nickel to produce battery grade
